When will my order be shipped?
If you bought the product for the full price, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase. If you bought it on sale, it will be shipped within 3-7 business days after purchase. If you want to inquire further, please contact us.
Do you sell brand new phones or refurbished ones?
We only sell authentic, brand new, sealed box and unlocked phones.
What is the warranty?
The warranty is 60 days from our store and 2 year from the phone’s
manufacturer. .

How can I cancel my order?
You must contact us.
You can only cancel the order before it was shipped out.
The amount of time it will take to process the refund depends on how long it has been since the purchase. Please see Terms Of Use for more information.
Do the phones work with Saudi Arabian carriers?
Most of our phones work with all Saudi Arabian carriers though we suggest
checking the supported bands of the phone. Some models do not work with
Freedom Mobile.
Can I return my item if I don't want it anymore?
You have 30 days starting the date of dispatch to return it in as new
condition with full packaging and documentation. Please read the Terms Of Use for more information.
Will the phone work in other countries?
Our phones will work everywhere.
Where are you located?
We are located at Riyadh – Al Ahsa Street – Al Malaz District. Our stock warehouse is all over the middle east.
Can I pay with a non-Saudi Arabian credit card?
